We really hope you are delighted with your purchase, however if for some reason you need to return your item we offer a 14 day returns policy. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back without our approval.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your return has been approved.
Once approved, your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. All exchanges are subject to availability. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to email@example.com and we will respond providing you with a return delivery address.
> RETURN DELIVERY
To return your product, you should send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of purchase and upon approval we will respond providing you with a return delivery address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the receipt, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
